¶ 0 This office has received your request for an official Attorney General Opinion in which you ask, in effect, the following questions:

1. How should the State of Oklahoma distribute forestry payments to eligible counties pursuant to 16 U.S.C. § 500 and the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000?
