THIS CAUSE came before the Court on November 14, 1989 upon a complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt filed by plaintiff, Robert T. Wright, Jr., as trustee for Mershon, Sawyer, Johnston, Dunwody & Cole (“Trustee Wright”) against the debtors Oviedo T. Menendez and Gladys F. Menendez, his wife (the “debtors”). The Court having heard the testimony, examined the evidence presented, observed the candor and demeanor of the witnesses and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, does hereby make the following…
