DECISION ON COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBT AND DENY DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR
LEIF M. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.
CAME ON for hearing the Complaint of the Resolution Trust Corporation to Deter mine Dischargeability of Debt and Deny Discharge of Debtor. Based on the pleadings, documents, and the transcript of trial, as well as the memoranda of law submitted by the respective parties, the court, having considered same, finds and concludes that the debts at issue are nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 523(a)(4), but that the debtor’s discharge will not be denied.
