A INTRODUCTION
The instant decision in the above-captioned proceeding (“the Proceeding”) resolves the merits of a challenge to the Chapter 7 discharge of DANIEL G. KASAL (“the Debt- or”), which we allowed to go forward only as an action pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4)(A) on behalf of RUTH K. CASEY, TRUSTEE (“the Plaintiff’), and the Debtor’s estranged wife, Marguerite F.
