EVERETT, Chief Judge:
At his general court-martial by a military judge sitting alone, appellant was convicted, pursuant to his pleas, of use, possession, and distribution of marijuana, and use and possession of cocaine. Also, contrary to his plea, Lucas was convicted of distributing cocaine. These offenses were violations of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. Thereupon, the judge sentenced him to a dishonorable *10discharge, confinement for 3 years, forfeiture of $397.00 pay per month for 3 years, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The…
