SULLIVAN, Judge:

On January 14, 1987, the accused was tried by a military judge sitting alone as a *11general court-martial at Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Pursuant to his pleas, he was found guilty of two specifications of wrongful use of cocaine, in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 912a. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of wrongfully soliciting a fellow officer to be derelict in his duties as a urinalysis officer,1 in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 USC § 934.
