MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN S. MITCHELL, Bankruptcy Judge.
When Emeline Wilson bought a parcel of real estate in August 2004, she signed three deeds of trust to secure money that had been advanced in connection with the purchase. One of those — -in favor of David L. and Vanessa M. Moir — was recorded approximately an hour before the deed by which she acquired title to the property. The other two — one in favor of 1 st Mariner Bank and the other in favor of the seller, Charles Toone, Trustee — were recorded with the deed.
