Before the Court are several separate motions1 filed by the Defendants to dis*772miss this adversary proceeding pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) (“Rule 12(b)(6)”), as made applicable to this proceeding by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7012(b). A hearing on the motions was held on November 17, 2011. At the conclusion of the hearing, counsel for the parties requested leave to file supplemental legal memoranda, the last of which was filed with the Court on December 15, 2011.
