MEMORANDUM OPINION GRANTING A NONDISCHARGEABLE JUDGMENT AGAINST THE DEBTOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,046,644.00

The instant complaint to determine non-dischargeability of debt came on for trial on the merits on December 6, 2010. For the reasons set forth, the complaint will be granted and the Court will enter a nondis-chargeable judgment against the Chapter 7 debtor in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $3,046,644.
