MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN C. ST. JOHN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court upon the Verified Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay filed on May 13, 2009, by Roger Drake, Randy Drake, and Wilson Drake against the Debtor and the Chapter 7 Trustee, Carolyn L. Camardo. At the conclusion of the final hearing on this matter on July 21, 2009, 1 the Court took this matter under advisement.
