OPINION

DAMICH, Judge.

Presently before the Court are the Defendant’s motion for summary judgment as to damages, the Shareholder Plaintiffs’ motion for bifurcation, and briefings on the standing of the FDIC to pursue its damages claims as directed by the Court’s Order to Show Cause. For the reasons enumerated below, the Defendant’s motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part, and the Plaintiff’s motion for bifurcation is DENIED.
