Beechwood Commons Associates, Ltd. and Leonard Davis (now deceased), Peter Davis, and Robert Wexler, the general partners of Beechwood Commons Associates (hereinafter referred to as “Beechwood” or “developer”) take this appeal from a judgment entered against them in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County following a jury verdict and denial of post-trial motions.
