SECOND AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION

On February 7, 2007, Countrywide filed a motion to reconsider the Court’s January 26, 2007 order granting in part the Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment. The motion alleges that the Court erred when it found that the alleged pre-petition escrow shortage in the amount of $3,543.78 included past-due escrow amounts that were to be applied to the Debtors’ 2006 property tax obligation.
