{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Snyder Computer Systems, Inc., d.b.a. Wildfire Motors (“Wildfire”), appeals the Jefferson County Common Pleas Court decision dismissing its claims for theft, conversion, and defamation against defendantappellee, Richard Stives, for lack of personal jurisdiction.
