{¶ 1} Appellants, the state of Ohio and Melvin A. and Frances Toalston, appeal the decision of the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas granting appellees’, Simone DiPasquale and Romeo Maffei’s, motion to quash service of summons and motion to dismiss pursuant to Civ.R. 12(B)(2), lack of personal jurisdiction.
