PLAGER, Circuit Judge.
US JVC Corporation (“JVC”) appeals the United States Court of International Trade’s dismissal of JVC’s case for lack of jurisdiction. See U.S. JVC Corp. v. United States, 15 F.Supp.2d 906 (C.I.T. 1998). The Court of International Trade found that JVC failed to protest within the statutorily mandated ninety days a premature liquidation of certain color television receivers subject to an antidumping duty order.
