CALABRIA, Judge.

Roy Oswald Bodden (“defendant”) appeals a judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of second-degree murder of Nathan Alston (“the victim”). We find no error.

On 2 February 2004, Lathan Smith (“Smith”) and the victim obtained drugs from one of defendant’s drug suppliers for the purpose of selling drugs for defendant. Instead of selling the drugs, Smith and the victim personally used them.
