Porter, J.:

Action in the nature of one for an accounting between tenants in common.

The. court made findings of fact and conclusions of law which are summarized as follows: In December, 1904, John A. Johnson died intestate, seized in fee of the southwest, quarter of section 33, township 27, range 17, Wilson county. There has been no administration of his estate. He left surviving him his widow, Selma Johnson, and six children, including Axel E. Johnson, the plaintiff. On January 5, 1906, the widow and all the heirs except Axel E. Johnson joined in…
