MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Jacqueline Naylor (“Naylor”) is presently employed as a laborer by defendant City of Bowie, Maryland (“Bowie”). In this civil action, plaintiff has sued her employer under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. In Count I of the complaint, plaintiff has alleged a claim of hostile environment sexual harassment.
