OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
Plaintiff Angel Music, Inc. (“Angel Music”) and a purported plaintiff class of music publishers (collectively, “Angel Music”) brought this action against defendants ABC Sports, Inc. (“ABC”), The Harry Fox Agency, Inc. (“Fox”) and a purported defendant class of television producers asserting a cause of action for copyright infringement against ABC and a cause of action for breach of fiduciary duty against Fox.
