This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal for want of prosecution made pursuant to section 583 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The above entitled actions were consolidated for trial. The complaint in the Knight case, i.e., Fred Knight, Plaintiff v. Pacific Gas and, Electric Company (a Corporation), Defendant, was filed on December 8, 1954, and the complaints in the other cases were filed shortly thereafter.
