Argued December 17, 1936. This appeal is from the dismissal of a bill in equity attacking the constitutionality of a zoning ordinance.

The plaintiffs are the owners of a lot of ground in the city of Philadelphia, bounded on the south and west by land of the Philadelphia Saving Fund Society, one of the defendants (hereinafter referred to as the Saving Society), having thereon erected a three-story brick and stone detached dwelling house, and known as 516 So. 44th Street.
