MEMORANDUM

RUFE, District Judge.

This is an action for enforcement of a foreign judgment. Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set out below, Plaintiffs Motion is granted.

I. BACKGROUND

The following facts are not in dispute, unless otherwise noted. Plaintiff in this case is The Society of Lloyd’s (“Lloyd’s”), a corporation organized and existing by special Acts of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
