Plaintiff Patricia Marcoux brought this diversity action against defendants Farm Service and Supplies, Inc. (“Farm Service”), Hribar Truck & Equipment Corp. (“Hribar”) and Bradley J. Jones (“Jones”) seeking compensatory and punitive damages for personal injuries suffered in a 2002 automobile accident.
