The defendant, the planning and zoning commission of the town of Greenwich (zoning commission), appeals from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the appeal by the plaintiffs, Thomas Heithaus and Marguerite Heithaus, from the zoning commission’s denial of their historic overlay zone application, site plan and special permit request.
