THE COURT.
Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of dismissal in favor of defendant County of San Bernardino. The judgment was entered after the county’s demurrer to plaintiff’s second amended complaint was sustained without leave to amend. The issues raised concern the Tort Claims Act (Gov. Code, § 900 et seq.) and governmental immunity for discretionary acts.
