The plaintiff, Fort Trumbull Conservancy, LLC, appeals from the judgment of dismissal rendered by the trial court. Its principal contention is that the court improperly dismissed its declaratory and injunctive action against the defendants, the city of New London (city), the New London planning and zoning commission (commission), the New London Development Corporation (corporation), the state department of economic and community development (department) and the state office of policy and management (office).
