The plaintiff, JMS Newberry, LLC, appeals from the trial court’s rendering of summary judgment in favor of the defendants Kaman Aerospace Corporation and Kaman Corporation. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court erred in: (1) requiring the plaintiff to “provide detailed solutions to the environmental issues” caused by the defendants despite there being no such requirement when bringing a claim pursuant to General Statutes § 22a-16; (2) concluding that the plaintiff failed to demonstrate that the defendants’ property “was altered so as to discharge” water onto…
