INTRODUCTION
This case involves an insurance-coverage dispute. Plaintiff Westchester Fire Insurance Company (“Westchester”) filed this declaratory-judgment action against Defendants Douglas Wallerich, Patrick Lowther, and Sharon O’Reilly, seeking a determination as to whether it must provide coverage to them in defending an underlying lawsuit.
