This is an action for a perpetual injunction against condemnation proceedings instituted by the Charleston Union Station Co., under an alleged power contained in the act of the General Assembly incorporating the defendant company, approved February 20th, 1902, 23d Stat., 1168. The decree of the Circuit Court, reported herewith, refused injunction, and dismissed the complaint, after a full and able consideration of the questions presented.
