McCormick v. Marrero Ríos

On August 29, 1944, while this court was in vacation, the petitioners-appellants filed a petition praying for the' issuance of an order directed to the District Court of Guayama and the Judge thereof, requiring them to show cause why a wait of prohibition should not he issued forbidding them to proceed further in a condemnation proceeding pending before said court, and, in the alternative, for a writ of certio-rari to review and set aside an order rendered by the said court in the above-mentioned proceeding, on August 11, 1944.
