This is a taxpayer’s bill in equity, of which this court has assumed original jurisdiction, to test the constitutionality of two acts of Assembly, the one, that of May 26, 1937, P. L. 888, known as the “Housing Cooperation Law,” and the other, that of May 28, 1937, P. L. 955, known as the “Housing Authorities Law.” In order fully to understand the purport of these statutes, which are more or less similar to acts passed in thirty-one other states, they should be read in connection with the “State Board of Housing Law” of June 5, 1937, P.
