OPINION
{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Daniel J. Cocherl, appeals from the summary judgment entered against him by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas which found his request to amend his workers' compensation claim to include an additional allowance to be time-barred by the ten-year statute of limitations in R.C. 4123.52. For the following reasons, we affirm.
