This matter came before the Court on September 12, 2002, on the Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Florida Exemptions filed by Comerica Bank-California (Comerica). Resolution of Comerica’s objection was continued to November 13, 2002, upon the Court’s grant of John and Donna Tanzis’ (Debtors) motion to convert from Chapter 7 to Chapter 11 of Title 11, and pending the filing of new schedules and attendance at the first meeting of creditors.
