OPINION RE: DISCHARGEABILITY AND LIEN AVOIDANCE
RANDOLPH J. HAINES, Bankruptcy Judge.
The questions to be determined here are the validity of Debtor’s claimed homestead exemption pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (hereinafter “A.R.S.”) § 33-1101, and whether Respondent’s judicial lien is unavoidable because it is of the sort contemplated by 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(l)(A)(i). 1 The Court has taken under advisement Debtor’s motions to avoid hens and treats them as a motion for summary judgment.
