MEMORANDUM of DECISION
RALPH B. KIRSCHER, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceeding, the Chapter 13 Trustee, Robert G. Drummond, filed an Objection to Property Claimed as Exempt and a Motion for Certification of Claim of Unconstitutionality on March 27, 2006, challenging the constitutionality of 11 U.S.C. § 522(b)(3). The Trustee’s motion for certification of claim of unconstitutionally was granted by Order entered April 11, 2006.
