SWITZER, District Judge.

Plaintiff, United States of America, in each of the above named cases, filed herein its motion to strike certain allegations in defendant’s answer to plaintiff’s complaint, and also in the same motion asks the court to strike defendant’s demand for a jury trial. Inasmuch as the answers filed in each of the three cases involve alleged defenses in similarly couched language and, with few exceptions, raise the same legal propositions, which the plaintiff attacks in its motion, by agreement of counsel in open court, it was agreed that the three motions be submitted and…
