LESLIE BROCK YATES, Justice.

This is an accelerated appeal from an order committing appellant Johnny Long, Jr. to the care of Kerrville State Hospital for extended mental-health services. A jury found by clear and convincing evidence that appellant continued to meet the criteria for involuntary commitment and required inpatient treatment. Based on these findings, the trial court ordered appellant committed for a 12-month period.
