This is a workmen’s compensation case. Charles Harry Mitchell, a night watchman, died from a bullet wound received on the premises of his employer. His widow, Lillie Mitchell, on behalf of herself and her minor children, filed an application with the Industrial Commission for an award which was denied. Thereupon she filed this action on appeal in the Court of Common Pleas. The jury found in favor of claimant and judgment was entered on the finding.
