State v. Jensen

This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, State v. Jensen, 141 Wis. 2d 333, 415 N.W.2d 519 (Ct. App. 1987), affirming a conviction for sexual assault and affirming an order denying a motion for postcon-viction relief in the circuit court for Marathon county, Ronald Keberle, circuit judge. We affirm the decision of the court of appeals affirming the conviction.
