Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of non-suit, and from orders denying him the right to file an amended complaint and denying relief under section 473 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
Plaintiff claims to have been injured on February 20, 1936. On that date he visited, as a spectator, one of the superior court rooms in San Francisco to observe a trial then in progress. The particular court room is equipped with folding chairs for the use of spectators.
