These cases are before us on plaintiffs’ motions to strike defendant’s special answers attacking the jurisdiction of this court to consider plaintiffs’ petitions.
Plaintiffs seek to recover sums under the Contract Settlement Act of 1944, 58 Stat. 649, alleged to be due on terminated war contracts. Plaintiff, Erie Basin Metal Products, Inc., sues as a prime contractor on three terminated war contracts.
