Appeal from a judgment of the county court of Iowa county; Aldro Jenks, Judge. On the 19th day of August, 1919, the defendant was driving his automobile eastward on the main road between Blue Mounds and Mt. Ploreb in Iowa county. Plaintiff was proceeding westward on the same road in a Ford car. A collision occurred between these two cars about two or three hundred yards east of the viaduct over the track of the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad.

The appellant contends that the judgment should be reversed with instructions to render judgment dismissing the plaintiff’s complaint. The right to recover upon the counterclaim does not seem to be insisted upon. We are therefore called upon to consider only whether the judgment rendered against the defendant can be supported upon the facts found by the county court.
