Plaintiff Lucille A. Roussin (“Roussin”) brought this class action on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated against defendants AARP, Inc. (“AARP”), AARP Insurance Plan (the “Trust”), and the current trustees of the Trust (“Trustees,” and collectively with AARP and the Trust, “Defendants”), asserting claims of breach of fiduciary duty against all Defendants and gross negligence against Trustees, with regard to their approval of certain health insurance premium rates offered to AARP members.
