Plaintiff Wayne Miller brings this putative class action against defendants Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo Bank”), Wells Fargo Insurance, Inc. (“Wells Fargo Insurance” and, together with Wells Fargo Bank, the “Wells Fargo Defendants”), Assurant, Inc.
