On the 3d day of January, 1910, Henry W. Lunt, a widower, of Mahaska County, conveyed all of his real estate, consisting of 515 acres of farm land in Mahaska County, Iowa, and 200 acres in Schuyler County, Missouri, together with the personal property thereon, consisting of livestock, farm tools, equipment, and machinery, by transferring the real estate in trust to Johnson R. Lunt, his son, and Cole R. Van Gorden, his son-in-law, as trustees, and the personal property to his five children.
