The plaintiff in error, Edith Clinkscales, brought this action against Otto Mundkoski, Erank Lawrence, and Ered Varner, defendants in error, to recover damages for the death of her husband. The trial court sustained the separate general demurrers of each of the defendants to plaintiff’s third amended petition, and the plaintiff, electing to stand upon this petition, refused to plead further; whereupon the court rendered judgment in favor of the defendants, dismissing the plaintiff’s petition against each of them.
