William H. Walker, plaintiff in error, as plaintiff, brought this suit in Tulsa county against William S. McCray, defendant in error, as defendant, and alleged that on the 14th day of March, 1924, the defendant made a written application for a policy of life insurance in the sum of $100,000, and attached a copy of the application to his petition.
