The appellee in this workers’ compensation case, now deceased, filed a claim for workers’ compensation benefits alleging that he had contracted silicosis during twenty-two years of employment with the appellant. The appellee died after the initial hearing, and an appeal to the full Commission was brought by his dependents. The Commission found that the appellee’s claim had been established by clear and convincing evidence and it remanded to the Administrative Law Judge to determine the benefits to which the appellee’s dependents were entitled.
