This suit was brought by B. A. Coyle and J. H. Langbehn against the Palatine Insurance Company, Limited, to recover under a' tornado policy issued by it on a two-story brick veneer tile roof apartment building at 913-923 Boulevard street, city of Galveston, for damage suffered in the storm of August 16-17, 1915.
